After realizing how inadequately prepared mental health clinicians are, I pursued my PhD with the plan of becoming a full-time professor. The plan worked—sort of—I started adjunct teaching at several universities.

But my passion for sharing insights became most apparent when working with licensed clinicians. Now, after nearly a decade in the field, I’m bringing my experience and expertise directly to you.
